Sean Rust currently works for New Urban Ventures managing the daily building operations and assisting buyers throughout the buying process. Once a buyer's agreement of sale has been accepted by New Urban Ventures, Sean provides buyers with an estimated building timeline, guides them through the selection and upgrade process, and is readily available to answer questions about the home & community as a whole. Sean is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Lawrence Rust has experience in nearly every aspect of real estate including development, residential and commercial sales, and construction. He is currently the owner and broker of Rust Real Estate, Past President of the Building and Industry Association of Philadelphia, and the former owner of Rust Construction Corporation, a Philadelphia-based construction company he operated for over 20 years.
